5. Fall Extravaganza. Our youth group is organizing this event on Monday, October 31 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. for our families and families in our community. Please pick-up an insert from the Info Centre to invite your neighbours and friends.

6. Baptism and Testimony evening on Sunday, November 6 at 6:00 p.m. The following people have made the decision to get baptized: Michelle Berg, Matthew Ens, Terence Plett, Rainer Thiessen and Janessa Wall. In addition, Leander & Veronika Fehr, Randers & Kelly Harder, Christian Hein, Gabe & Claudia Jaruchik, Edwin & Annie Klassen, and Alex & Anna Peters will be sharing their testimonies to join the church.
7. Operation
Christmas Child:
Packing a shoe box gift is a simple tangible way for us to bless children in the
developing world. It is more than a Christmas gift. It is used as a tool to
spread the gospel. Boxes and instructions available in the foyer. Boxes are
due back here at King Road by November 20,
> If you wish to donate money, we are willing to put boxes together for you ($35.00 per box - includes shipping). Cheques, made out to Janet Janz, should be given to anyone in the Janz family, Bill & Anna Keyes or the Church office. It is best if we have the money by November 6 as the packing party for these boxes is November 10.
8. Together We Sing @Christmas. On Sunday, December 11 at 6:30 p.m. we will gather for a Christmas edition of the Together We Sing worship night. Among other things, this event will feature a volunteer choir which will practice on Wednesday, November 30 and Wednesday, December 7, 7:00 p.m. Everyone welcome! More information to follow.
9. Columbia Bible College Residency Building Project.

11. Seeds of Hope Annual Fundraising Banquet. Saturday, November 5 at 6:00 p.m. at Christian Life Community Church. For tickets ($25 each, $40/couple, $150/table) call 604-870-4810.
12. Communitas Supportive Care Society Annual General Meeting will take place on November 17 at Bakerview Church at 6:45 p.m.
13. LifeBridge Recovery Ministries Fundraising Breakfast. Saturday, November 12 at 8:00 a.m. at Level Ground Mennonite Church. Cost $5. Come out and enjoy a great breakfast, some amazing stories, and uplifting music. Contact Harry Heidebrecht for tickets.
