

Position: Part-Time/Full-Time (25-35 hrs/week)
Start date: June 2025
King Road Church is looking for a Front Office Coordinator who is joyful, organized, loves God, and loves people
This could be a part/full-time position (depending on candidate’s availability) that carries out front office work and administrative assistance to the pastoral team. Weekly schedule is open for negotiation. We anticipate approximately 25-35 hours per week
Duties will include:

Performing reception and front office operations (phone, email, etc)

Performing financial operations (receiving online donations, expense reports, credit card reports, rental/funeral invoices, etc)

Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude in the front office

Take minutes in ministry team meetings
​

Act as a liaison between staff and church leadership when required

Be fully supportive and active in the mission and vision of King Road Church

Other duties as requested by the pastoral team which could include:

Support/manage ministry projects as directed by church leadership

Weekly bulletin preparation and church email

Weekly worship binder preparation
-
Weekly slides, lyrics, etc for both German and English Services

Quick learner (this role requires a working knowledge of various software programs and websites including Google Office Suite, Canva, Adobe, Planning Center, ProPresenter, Youtube and others)

Wage range: $19.50-$24/hr depending on training and experience.
